About This Padlock:
These locks use a solid iron body and a hardened steel shackle, making them very sturdy and secure at the price. They are however not regarded as weatherproof due to the nature or iron as a raw material. We therefore recommend this for indoor use only.
At this price point you would expect the lock to suffer where many other cheap locks do with sticky mechanisms and a low number of unique key combinations per batch. We have selected and tested this range specifically because they avoid both problems.
Each padlock comes with 3 keys each.
Sizes & Uses:
We have five sizes of iron padlock. 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm and 60mm. Please select your desired size from the drop down menu above. Each is of the same design and dimensions but have increased security with size. Your choice of padlock size depends on the application but you can click the image above for specific measurement.
Generally a 20mm lock is best for luggage, 30mm for lockers, 40mm for general puirpose and then 50/60mm for higher security applications such as gates or doors.

We have ensured these padlocks use the highest quality mechanisms with the maximum number of pins available. The precision mechanisms also ensure they have the maximum number of differs in each size and seperates them from many other lower quality locks in the same price range:

- 30mm - 4 pins, 150 differs
- 40mm - 5 pins, 250 differs
- 50mm - 5 pins, 500 differs
