Keyed Alike:
This means that when you buy two or more padlocks from the keyed alike range they will all be operated by the same key. Each padlock comes with two keys as standard.

About This Padlock:
The ABUS Extreme range has evolved from their 83 series which led the way in high security padlocks. These Extreme use the same technology in terms of high security features such as ball baring locking which prevents level and force torsion attached with crow bars. They also use special anti-pick barrels and hardened alloy steel shackles.
The new Extreme model however incorporates the catophoretic coat found on the Granit range and the special Nano-protect treatment found on their 41 series. They then finish it off with a key guard to make a highly secure and weatherproof lock.
Keys:
All our padlocks are delivered with 2 keys each inclusive of the price but if you require additional keys they can be ordered by clicking here. This padlock uses the standard additional keys and not the ABUS plus keys.
Sizes:
We have two sizes of the open shackle Extreme lock. Please use the menu above to select between them.
Uses & Applications:
The extreme range has been developed for use in Extreme environments funnily enough. Although ideal as a high security lock both indoors and out, they are especially suited to esposed locations and saline environments.
